bhunakshaa.com is an independent website. We are not a government site, and we are not connected to the National Informatics Centre or any state revenue department. What we do is gather the official Bhu Naksha land-map portals for every state in one place, so you can reach the correct government website without hunting for it.

Everything here is put together by actually opening each state’s official portal, checking how it works, and writing down the real steps — which details you need, whether viewing is free, and how to download or print your map. We don’t copy this from other websites. When a portal changes its address or layout, we update the page.

We try our best to keep every link and step verified, but government portals change often and we can’t promise a page is correct at every moment. For anything that matters — a property purchase, a loan, a legal or registration use — always confirm the details on the official portal itself, and rely on the certified copy issued by the revenue department rather than a map you simply view or download here.
